| We are celebrating our 100th show FOR A GOOD FAMILY DAY OUT COME TO BILSDALE SHOW (Midway between Stokesley & Helmsley beside the B1257) Saturday 28th August 2010 Traditional Dales Show Ruby Garbutt, Show Chairperson, says “We have many attractions for a good family day out. Whilst celebrating our 100th show we will obviously be thinking about the past shows but feel it's more important to look forward towards future shows, and with this in mind we have young judges and young handlers in the sheep section, and new for this year: classes for Primitive, Native and Continental sheep”. Birds of Prey Demonstration, Bilsdale Silver Band, Ponies, Cattle, Sheep, Fur & Feather, Vintage Machinery, Horticulture, Bouncy Castle and many more attractions are held amid beautiful countryside. Entries taken on the day for the following: Handy Hunter Ponies & Gymkhana, Sheep Dog Trials, Terrier Show and Terrier Racing, Companion & Novelty Dog Show, Quoits, Hound Trails, Fell Race, Children's Sports & Treasure Hunt.
